Man rapes 15-year-old relative while wife watches: Netizens can’t wrap their heads around the case

IT isn’t called cheating when your wife gives you her consent to copulate with another woman.

But for better clarification, you could simply do it in front of her while she watches, so she could grade your performance for future improvements.

This was probably what happened to a man who grabbed widespread attention recently for having sex with his wife’s 15 year old cousin while she watches.

And we thought the Squid Game was messed up. As though the story wasn’t complicated enough, the wife pleaded guilty in court while the husband maintained his innocence.

Our sincerest sympathies to the judge and the authorities handling this tangled case.

Even the online community which has always been able to make light of some of the darndest tragedies are mind boggled by it.

Prompted by the story, another netizen claimed that there was a case once where the step father raped the step child.

“During the incident, the biological mother held the feet of her child while the father raped her. Her mother was threatened, that if he was not allowed to rape her, she would be divorced,” he said.

Returning to the case at hand, the 25-year-old man, a labourer, was said to have committed at a house in Marang between 7.30pm to 1am last Feb 8 to 9.

The accused who is charged according to Section 109 of the Penal Code and read together with Section 376 (2)(c) of the same code, faces a prison sentence of up to 20 years and caning, if convicted.

The court also allowed the mother of the three children involved to be bailed at RM10,000 with one surety. —Feb 21, 2025
