Man brutally punches lady driver for knocking down child

STREET justice is not justice. There are ample reasons why the authorities and only the authorities are tasked to handle the offenders of any kind.

One of the reasons may very well be portrayed in this video by netizen @bckupacc99.

A man could be seen roughing up a woman driver for crashing her car into a little girl. Likely, he was the father of the victim.

The crowd could be seen trying to rein him in while he struggled to land more punches at the woman. Is this the perfect example of two wrongs do not make a right?

Netizens have since heaped condemnation on the man for his violence.

“Hopefully this sister makes a police report. Later when the guy comes to beg for forgiveness and asks to withdraw the report, do not entertain him. That is how you teach someone with a bad temper at the wrong time,” said @Syahmat00.

According to @wife2exo, witnesses at the incident said the lady was driving the Axia at a slow pace.

Apparently the child rushed out into the path of the car. She claimed the incident was due to the carelessness of the father.

The winning comment goes to @darimi_hasif who said, “Why are there so many hot heads during this Ramadan. Did they eat wasps during sahur?”

Netizen @fendy9306 further cautioned that people should be careful when evaluating a viral video from one side.

“There must be a reason why he was angry like this. Another, you are not present at the scene,” he said among other things.

“Imagine if the driver was an Indian guy. Surely people won’t care if he gets punched,” said @apeinhd, hinting of more hidden racism towards the Indian race.

However, the topic did not take a turn into the temple story which has gotten quite the voice on the cyberspace.

Perhaps netizen @diaryof81776370 provided the most appropriate comment to wrap this story up.

He kindly reminded that when a person beats another person, he is automatically on the wrong side of the law. “That is why you need to control your temper,” said @diaryof81776370. —Mar 30, 2025
