Pos Malaysia consolidates domestic and international courier services under Pos Laju

POS MALAYSIA Berhad (Pos Malaysia), the national postal  and parcel service provider, is consolidating its domestic and international courier services under the Pos Laju brand, as part of its ongoing transformation to better support Malaysian  businesses in scaling across borders.

With over 200 years of experience connecting people and businesses, Pos Malaysia has long  enabled commerce both locally and globally.

Today, this consolidation reflects the company’s  next phase of transformation, simplifying how businesses access delivery services while  strengthening Pos Laju as a single, trusted platform for both domestic and international  shipping.

Under the consolidation, all courier services will be offered under the Pos Laju brand, covering  local and global delivery through a single, simpler access point for customers.

The move comes as more Malaysian businesses, particularly SMEs, look beyond domestic  markets for growth.

As cross-border e-commerce expands, simple and reliable logistics are  becoming essential for businesses entering new markets.

Pos Malaysia has been at the forefront of supporting Malaysia’s e-commerce growth through  Pos Laju, enabling businesses to deliver to customers nationwide.

Building on this foundation,  the company now provides access to global markets through a combination of its extensive  postal and commercial delivery network, reaching up to 230 countries and territories.

Beyond delivery, Pos Malaysia supports businesses with a full e-commerce ecosystem — supporting businesses with fulfilment capabilities such as storage, pick-and-pack, and  integrated delivery solutions.

This allows businesses to focus on growing their sales while Pos  Malaysia manages the logistics complexity of order processing and logistics.

The consolidation is backed by stronger operating performance, with Pos Malaysia’s domestic  parcel next-day delivery (D+1) improving to 92% in 2025, reflecting continued progress in  service reliability.

Commenting on the move, Charles William, Group Chief Sales Officer of Pos Malaysia,  said the consolidation is about enabling businesses not just to sell online—but to scale online.

“E-commerce today is no longer just about selling online — it is about scaling efficiently and  delivering reliably to customers wherever they are.

“With Pos Laju as a single platform, we are making it much simpler for businesses to move  from domestic delivery into cross-border trade, while supporting them with an end-to-end  ecosystem from fulfilment to final-mile—so businesses can focus on growth while we manage  the complexity behind the scenes.

“With more than 200 years of delivery expertise, Pos Malaysia combines the strength of the  global postal network with trusted commercial partners, supported by experienced teams who  understand cross-border shipping. This allows us to guide and support SMEs as they expand  into regional and global markets with confidence.

“Ultimately, this is about giving Malaysian businesses a clearer, more accessible pathway to  go beyond borders and grow on a larger stage.”

The repositioning supports Pos Malaysia’s broader strategy to offer a more connected logistics  platform – bringing together courier, fulfilment and related services to support at every stage.

The rollout will be implemented progressively across digital platforms, retail  outlets and business channels to ensure a seamless transition for customers.
