AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd, Malaysia’s leading non-bank financial services provider, has unveiled its inaugural AEON Credit Carnival to show its profound gratitude to loyal customers as well as to introduce its latest products, services and initiatives to the public.
The five-day event which kicks off today (Nov 8) till next Monday (Nov 13) at IOI City Mall Putrajaya is intended to forge enduring connections by fostering stronger relationships with existing customers while identifying untapped market.
“Since our inception, our customers have remained at the heart of our priorities. We have continuously expanded our range of product offerings and digitalised our core operations and processes to better serve them in this swiftly evolving market,” AEON Credit managing director Daisuke Maeda pointed out in a media statement.
“In line with the current times and to better reflect who we are and what we stand for today, we have undertaken a slew of adaptations to our business operations which include branch refurbishments, enhancements to our credit card offerings and digitalisation such as the implementation of eKYC (know your customer), among others”.
Added Daisuke: “As a result, we have also undertaken several rebranding initiatives, including the introduction of our new corporate tagline of ‘Ever connected. Ever rewarding’, refinements to our corporate identity and a comprehensive overhaul of the website and AEON Wallet app to aptly reflecting the Group’s continuous commitment in delivering value to our customers.”
Meanwhile, six game booths have been set up for AEON Credit members to participate with an array of exciting prizes including gold bar, a Gintel DéVano SP Massage Sofa worth RM9,988 and mystery gifts.
Furthermore, an exciting prize-giving ceremony awaits the group’s customers who have participated in AEON Credit’s ‘Wow! Fantastik Raya’ campaign.
