A FAMILIAR Madani government backer has put Bersatu in an awkward position by drawing similarity in the colour of the Bersatu Youth a.k.a. Armada Bersatu’s brigade uniform to that of the Malayan Communist Party (PKM) army.
Obviously trying to mock the opposition given the said brigade is only a tame affair aimed at enticing Malaysian youths to join Bersatu’s political struggle, CIKY🅰️Nie (@lady_bugg11) has demanded to know “what ideology do you really intend to plant in the heads of the trainees”?
“Is this a military exercise or is there a hidden agenda being tried to be instilled?” she posed a venomous political statement on a post.

“The people have the right to know why such colour was chosen? Is it a coincidence or is there an implicit message? Don’t play hide-and-seek if you really don’t have any malicious intention!”
Some seemingly opposition-slant commenters did try to defend Bersatu Youth that such was the typical colour of army/police uniform in the past but they were obviously in the minority as more pro-Madani netizens ‘entered the battle zone’.
One commenter cynically remarked that “only the mouth openly curses the communist but the communist is very much look up to at heart”.
Another commenter even tagged the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) on the need for “rapid monitoring” as the formation of the brigade can be a threat to the country’s security.
One netizen sought the reaction/comment from prominent Perikatan Nasional (PN) political analyst Siditious (@Solisidtor) while another cheekily nicknamed former Bersatu Youth chief Wan Ahmad Fayhsal Wan Ahmad Kamal as leader of the pack.
Others teased that hopefully, DAP will not be dragged into the matter by being labelled as the mastermind while another ‘raised concern’ that eventually “DAP, MCA and MIC would also want to form their own brigade leading to the Malay opposition making a fuss”.
At the end of the day, one commenter suggested that Kepala Batas MP Dr Siti Mastura Muhammad is the best authority to refer to with regard to the colour scheme of army uniform given “she’s an expert who has studied the lineage of Chin Peng, ‘Lee’ Kit Siang, ‘Lee’ Guan Eng, Lee Kuan Yew and the communists”. – Feb 10, 2025
