THE Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs secretary-general Datuk Seri Hasnol Zam Zam Ahmad has been appointed as the chairman of the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) effective April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2022.
In a statement today, SSM said Hasnol Zam Zam succeeded Datuk Muez Abdul Aziz, who was appointed as the secretary-general of the Ministry of Defence on Feb 1.
It said Hasnol Zam Zam’s appointment letter was handed over by the Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Alexander Nanta Linggi on April 1. — April 6, 2020, Bernama
