GORDON Ramsay Bar & Grill will usher a new era of classic British style to the Malaysian dining scene with its striking new signature restaurant at Sunway Resort in Petaling Jaya, Selangor which is set to make its debut in early 2022.
Located in the main lobby of the resort, the dramatic dining destination represents the centrepiece of the luxury hotel’s once-in-a-generation transformation.
The new partnership with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants forms a part of Sunway Group’s strategic vision to introduce world-class dining to Sunway City, the iconic integrated destination comprising three hotels, a theme park, a retail mall, healthcare and residential spaces and three universities.
Promising to transport guests into a world of upmarket elegance, the interior design concept of the restaurant blends Gordon Ramsay’s British heritage with the grandeur of Sunway Resort.
From the grand dining room with its polished walnut flooring, brass finishes and semi-private seating booths to the glittering cocktail bar with floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of the Sunway Lagoon, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill presents a series of distinct spaces.
In addition to a dedicated wine cellar featuring an impressive selection of wines curated by an in-residence sommelier, guests can expect an impressive menu boasting prime cuts of the finest meats dry-aged in-house as well as an array of British classics and some of Ramsay’s famous signature dishes.
