HCK Capital Group hosts dazzling AAA Gala in KL

PROMINENT property developer HCK Capital Group (HCK) celebrated the achievements of its stakeholders and unveiled plans at the Malaysian International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) in Kuala Lumpur during the grand Partnership of Achievers Gala.

The Gala marked the culmination of efforts by stakeholders, integral to HCK’s evolution and success. In 2023, HCK delivered vacant possession for over 2104 units and is set to exceed expectations by delivering over 2200 units this year.

HCK executive chairman Tan Sri Clement Hii Chii Kok emphasised the organisation’s commitment to delivering promises and enhancing its credentials as a reputable developer.

Hii stressed the importance of continuous evolution in today’s dynamic economy, stating, “HCK will build affordable homes and craft amenities that match even high-end residences. We don’t intend to be just profit seekers. We want to be problem solvers.”

According to HCK Operations and Oversight group managing director Datuk Dr Dennis Ling, technology is at the forefront of driving all aspects of the business.

Ling highlighted, “In this digital era, digitalisation, globalisation and diversification form the core of all that we do. Our innovative applications, software and expertise provide our platforms with new and creative business approaches, maintaining a cutting edge in a fast-changing and competitive property development industry.”

Ling unveiled three new components of the Platforms division: the Titanium mobile app, PropertyWise, and iConstech. Each is specifically designed to enhance the property journey for all stakeholders, including real estate agents, buyers, and sellers.

HCK Property and Projects group managing director Foong Peng Yew echoed the sentiment that HCK’s tech revolution aims to improve and enhance its core business of property development.

“Our upcoming launches, including e-Sentral@Damansara West, Hiijauan Broga@Semenyih, and Lakecove View@Cybervalley, epitomise our commitment to our tagline, ‘Tech, Thee, In Harmony,'” he said.

Foong added that HCK is dedicated to seamlessly integrating cutting-edge technology into the home buyer’s experience, from the moment of purchase to the final delivery.

Smart homes are positioned as an integral part of HCK’s service, promising residents a refined and interconnected living experience emphasising security, energy savings and modern convenience.

Underlining the importance of stakeholder contribution, the AAA event celebrated the achievements of high-performing real estate agents and staff. They were rewarded under the unique Titanium programmes, designed to recognise, reward, and incentivise stakeholders who played a key role in closing sales of HCK properties.

As HCK continues to redefine standards in property development, the AAA Gala exemplifies the company’s commitment to innovation, excellence, and harmonising technology with modern living.
