High-achieving real estate agents rewarded

THREE real estate agents were recently rewarded for their endeavours in successfully converting HCK Capital Group (HCK) properties.

The trio comprising Tan Ai Chin, Ganeshwaren Mathialagann and Khor Tze Hong walked away as co-owners of an Atelier + LoSo suite worth over half a million ringgit at the edusphere development, a reward for achieving the best personal sales from Feb to July 2023.

Their achievement was announced at the Beyond AAA event which was held at the developer’s headquarters at HCK Tower.

All three were ecstatic at being recognised and rewarded for their achievements, agreeing that HCK’s approach in rewarding real estate agents over and above the usual commissions had driven them to work harder to achieve their KPIs.

The Beyond AAA (Agency Achievement Appreciation) event also saw the unveiling of the developer’s Infinite Gallery, a one-stop showcase space for HCK’s latest projects, with the soon-to-be launched Platinum Premium Suites being the centre of attention.

“Having a centralised show gallery certainly helps us with our job as we can share various units from different developments in one centralised location with clients,” said Tan.

“It is convenient as well as effective, especially when the Infinite Gallery is equipped with AR and VR technology, allowing clients to sample the properties in different guises.”

Echoing Lim, Khor pointed out that not having to move between scattered sales gallery locations helped greatly with agents’ sales and marketing efforts.

“The time saved from travelling between locations can be better utilised serving our clients,” he said, adding that having the Infinite Gallery within the impressive HCK Tower will also create the right impressions with potential customers.

The event attended by various stakeholders, including financial and legal partners, also saw the launch of the Titanium mobile app.

The Titanium programmes are designed to recognise, reward, incentivise and monetise those who help with successful conversions of HCK properties.

The Roundtable programme is aimed at real estate agents, while the Edge and Circle programmes are meant for repeat customers and referrers respectively.

The Titanium mobile app is designed to encourage increased participation among the various stakeholders, allowing HCK to equitably share its profits.

“The Titanium Roundtable programme has been a huge success with many of my colleagues redoubling their efforts to meet the KPIs,” said Ganeshwaren.

“It has made us all work even harder as we know our efforts will be rewarded, as my grand prize clearly illustrates.”
