This year’s seasonal specials include the lavish Christmas Eve Dinner buffet with oven-roasted apple cider-brined turkey, beef wellington, salmon coulibiac, maple-glazed turkey meatloaf, oven-baked ginger flower salt king fish, coconut husk-smoked beef brisket, slow garlic lemongrass roasted chicken and roasted prime ribs.
The key highlight of the buffet includes the “Ten Grand Roasts of Christmas”, a Fine de Claire oyster bar and Christmas-inspired beverages Holiday Sangria (alcoholic) and Candy Cane Christmas (non-alcoholic).
Savoury slow-roasted “berlado” rub lamb leg and itik madu bakar (honey-roasted duck) laden with spices make the meal complete, topped by a four-course Christmas Set at Tosca besides the sweet and savoury Christmas Hi-tea and Christmas goodies to be enjoyed in the comfort of home at The Koffee and Axis Lounge.
