ISP Group of Companies, a rising player in Malaysia’s industrial property sector, remains on track to add over 500,000 sq ft of purpose-built workers’ accommodations (PBWA) into its portfolio.
This comes on the back of its development in Kapar having obtained Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) by end-2025 while its PBWA in Tebrau is scheduled to be completed in 2026.
Together, both projects reinforce the group’s commitment to supporting Malaysia’s agenda for sustainable and inclusive development.
Currently, the group’s portfolio comprising three PBWA and nine logistics warehouses and manufacturing hubs (LWMH) will eventually be all certified as green properties, thus underscoring ISP’s commitment to environmentally responsible and socially inclusive infrastructure.

“We’re building infrastructure that meets the demands of a modern, industrialising Malaysia, but doing so responsibly,” commented ISP Holding Sdn Bhd’s founder and group CEO Eric Ng.
“From worker well-being to green building practices, we want our projects to stand as benchmarks for both performance and purpose.”
ISP’s approach is poised to be a game changer for Malaysia’s industrial development landscape by setting new expectations for how worker housing and logistics infrastructure are designed, built and financed.
By committing to GreenRE certification across its entire pipeline, embedding community-focused planning and adopting responsible capital structures, ISP is re-defining what sustainable industrial development looks like in Malaysia.

With six buildings already GreenRE (Green Real Estate)-certified and more in progress, ISP is actively pursuing industry recognition for its environmental and social performance, thus demonstrating that quality, compliance and care can coexist at scale.
ISP’s PBWA projects are designed as self-contained, clean and secure communities that prioritise dignity, safety and livability. These facilities incorporate elements that support mental and physical well-being while facilitating integration with nearby localities.
Founded in 2022, the ISP Group positions itself as a forward-thinking, sustainability-focused industrial property developer and investment company guided by the mission of “Creating Legacies” in the industrial property landscape sphere. – Dec 11, 2025
