More than 200 people, including smallholders and kenaf planters from all over the country attended the ceremony.

The Kenaf Jaya awards were launched in 2014 and successfully continued till today. The award is in recognition of kenaf planters who are highly committed and also as encouragement for them to further improve on their yield and quality of products.

“The Ministry, through the National Kenaf and Tobacco Board (LKTN) will continue implementing the necessary measures to ensure the kenaf sector contributes effectively to the development of the national commodity sector,” Zuraida said. – March 21, 2022
