ACE Market-listed mobile and digital solutions provider MNC Wireless Bhd has unveiled its strategic expansion into the digital document management or e-SIJIL alongside the mobile advertising platform to tap data-driven targeted marketing
With increasing market demand for secure and verifiable digital transactions, especially in sectors like government, finance, education and legal realm, plans are afoot by the group to develop an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven e-SIJIL platform to cater for those needs.
An electronic document management system designed to uphold the integrity of digital documents, the e-SIJIL platform offers a comprehensive solution covering the creation, archiving, reviewing, sharing and verification of digital documents.

Meanwhile, the mobile advertisement platform aims to connect e-hailing operators, advertisers and passengers by creating seamless and personalised advertising experiences during commutes.
Its key feature is the installation of headrest tablets in rideshare vehicles which serve as dynamic interfaces for delivering tailored content to passengers.
To fund these initiatives, MNC is undertaking a renounceable rights issue exercise entailing new rights shares together with free detachable Warrants D.
This is on the basis of three rights shares together with one free Warrant D for every one existing share held by the entitled shareholders at 5pm on April 15 at an issue price of 4 sen per rights share and an exercise price of 4 sen per Warrant D.

“Initial target customers for the e-SIJIL platform will be education institutions, government agencies and corporates, particularly those requiring certificate issuance, licensing and verification,” commented MNC Wireless’ CEO Datuk Chriostopher Tan Chor How.
“Revenue will be generated via periodic subscription fees. Ther management expects the e-SIJIL platform to be commercialised within 18 months while the mobile advertising platform roll-out will occur progressively over a 36-month period.”
According to Tan, both the e-SIJIL and mobile advertising platform fit into the group’s broader digitalisation strategy.
“They collectively support the group’s broader digitalisation ecosystem strategy,” enthused Tan who is also MNC Wireless’ executive director.
“The e-SIJIL platform enhances administrative efficiency through digital document issuance, verification and management, hence improves user experience while reduces manual processes.
“On the other hand, the mobile advertising platform enables targeted data-driven marketing. Together, these initiatives strengthen the group’s positioning in digital infrastructure and ecosystem development.”
At the close of today’s (April 8) market trading, MNC Wireless was up 1 sen or 18.18% to 6.5 sen with 772,400 shares traded, thus valuing the company at RM15.5 mil. – April 8, 2026
