Quality is its Signature

THE pride that KS Lau, CEO of Signature Project Business (Signature Cabinet Sdn Bhd) has for his company’s flagship showroom is evident as he welcomed guests to an exclusive gathering for HCK staff and real estate agents.

Lau pointed out that many first-time visitors are astonished that behind its discreet façade was 50,000sq ft of the finest furnishings available on the market today.

The Signature flagship showroom at Kota Damansara was also recently listed in the Malaysian Book of Records as the largest home furnishings centre on these shores.

It was thus appropriate that Signature hosted a special lucky draw event for HCK Group sales personnel and real estate agents.

An Ambience+ suite from the edusentral development was raffled off as part of the efforts to recognise, reward and incentivize high performing real estate agents and sales personnel.

The event allowed Signature to show off their extensive range of home solutions to the gathered attendees, allowing them a first-hand feel of the type of furnishings that go into HCK Group’s developments.

“We are very proud to be an esteemed partner of HCK Group. We feel our quality furnishings reflect the premium standards of its properties,” beamed Lau.

He was also keen to point out that aside from the high build quality, Signature’s home solutions are favoured by many architecture and interior design professionals because of its flexibility and versatility.

“Our furnishings are built to the highest possible standards and Signature offer home solutions that fit every shape and designs. Our competitive pricing is another plus point,” he added.

All of HCK Group’s education cities – edusentral (Setia Alam), edumetro (Subang Jaya) and edusphere (Cyberjaya) – feature Signature home furnishings, and this partnership is likely to continue in the near future with the impending launches of Hiijauan Broga (Semenyih) and e-Damansara (Damansara West).

Lau noted that his organisation is proud to work with a reputable developer and looks forward to furnishing many more of HCK Group’s developments.

Lau and his Signature staff were not only on hand to guide visitors through its many ID styles for different living spaces, but also had a key role to play in the lucky draw event.

They ensured that the draw itself was transparent and all key gimmicks used in the draw were untampered.

Lau noted that such events were a great way to incentivise sales personnel as only 35 lucky people received raffle tickets for successfully converting a HCK property within a stipulated time frame.

Having the event at Signature’s flagship showroom also allowed for different partners within the HCK Group ecosystem to gain a better understanding of each other’s role.

Signature was formed in 1994 with a focus on kitchen and wardrobe fittings. It later expanded its operations to cover entire home furnishings and was listed in Bursa in 2008. For more information on Signature, please visit: www.signaturekitchen.com.my/. – July 25, 2022
