Time to put Malaysian politics back on track

YESTERDAY, Parti Bangsa Malaysia (PBM) announced four candidates to contest the Johor State Election which falls on March 12.

This dynamic and bold move confirms PBM’s commitment in bringing the mission of The Great Reset 2030 to the mainstream of national politics.

The systemic and social problems outlined in the six pillars of PBM’s struggle will be the main theme throughout the election campaign period this time.

This electoral battlefield will also shape the new narrative of national politics with different nuances that will be served by PBM through its campaign programme and approach. No hate politics, racism or slander.

Instead, PBM will bring a fresh agenda for the country to rise from the sluggish relations between race, economy, science, technology and education that the country is experiencing at this time.

The opportunity to put Malaysia back on the right track lies in the hands of Johor voters, especially the young and women voters. This reset needs to start in Johor.

PBM has nominated Steven Choong, MP for Tebrau to be the Puteri Wangsa DUN candidate. The quality of leadership through the continuous service he has rendered as the MP for the area is expected to convince the multi-racial voters there.

In the Stulang state constituency, PBM has fielded a 34-year-old to challenge DAP’s dominance in the area. Saiful Bahari is an NGO activist who is no stranger to the Johor Bahru area. Having received his early education at SJK (C) Pandan, this young man is also fluent in Mandarin.

His professional experience in working with multi-national companies before this has helped shape his leadership qualities which can be used to assist the people of Stulang.

Mohd Azmi Ali was given our trust for the Tiram DUN. Born in Kg. Ulu Tiram, he holds a degree in Islamic Sharia from Al Azhar University, Egypt. The former Islamic Affairs officer of the Johor Islamic Religious Council has also served more than 10 years in a corporate company and has been active in charity work through his NGO in the Tiram area for a long time.

The youngest candidate, 28-year-old Hanis Asmui was given the confidence to contest in the Maharani DUN, Muar. Educated in the field of Automotive Technology, he was entrusted to bring fresh, new ideas to Maharani, especially in the fields of economics and technology to the more than 10,000 young and new voters.

Parti Bangsa Malaysia is aware of the huge challenges in the state election, especially in the face of the giant machinery of veteran political parties and their seemingly limitless financial capabilities. But I also believe that in this election, the people’s voting power will be instrumental in helping to kickstart Malaysia’s new step towards glory again. It is time to forget the old politics.

Therefore, I appeal to the people of Johor to give Parti Bangsa Malaysia a chance in the four seats we are contesting. – Feb 26, 2022
