KUALA LUMPUR: Willowglen MSC Bhd’s unit, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd has secured a RM35.22 million contract from Singapore’s Public Utilities Board for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of wireless network infrastructure and network cameras in various Waterworks and Water Reclamation Plants in Singapore.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Friday (Feb 07), the company said the contract, which is non-renewable, will commence on Feb 21, 2020 and scheduled to be completed by Feb 20, 2023.
“None of the directors and/or major shareholders of the company or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect in the new contract,” it added.
The contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2020 to 2022. – Feb 8, 2020, Bernama
