GB Bond’s 25-Sen IPO: More than glue but rather an epitome of a biz built on returning customers

KUALA LUMPUR, 15 Sept - Mahkamah Tinggi hari ini melepaskan dan membebaskan bekas Perdana Menteri Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin daripada satu pertuduhan menggunakan kedudukan untuk suapan RM200 juta dan tiga pertuduhan pengubahan wang haram melibatkan jumlah sama. Hakim Noor Ruwena Md Nurdin memutuskan demikian selepas Timbalan Pendakwa Raya Datuk Ahmad Akram Gharib memaklumkan kepada mahkamah bahawa pihak pendakwaan telah membuat keputusan untuk tidak meneruskan kes berkenaan terhadap Muhyiddin, 79, yang berkaitan dengan Bukhary Equity Sdn Bhd. Bagaimanapun, Ahli Parlimen Pagoh itu masih berdepan tiga pertuduhan salah guna kedudukan untuk suapan berjumlah RM25.3 juta. - fotoBERNAMA (2026) HAK CIPTA TERPELIHARA KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 15 - The High Court today acquitted and discharged former Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin of one charge of using his position to obtain a RM200 million bribe and three money laundering charges involving the same amount. Judge Noor Ruwena Md Nurdin made the ruling after deputy public prosecutor Datuk Ahmad Akram Gharib told the court that the prosecution had decided to discontinue the case against Muhyiddin, 79, involving Bukhary Equity Sdn Bhd.
