JPJ: More than 4,500 e-hailing vehicles operating without permit

KUALA LUMPUR, 10 Mac -- Bekas Perdana Menteri Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin (tengah) hari ini didakwa di Mahkamah Sesyen di sini atas empat pertuduhan menggunakan kedudukannya untuk suapan berjumlah RM232.5 juta bagi parti Bersatu dan dua pertuduhan menerima wang hasil aktiviti haram RM195 juta.

Muhyiddin, 75, yang memakai sut biru gelap, mengaku tidak bersalah selepas pertuduhan terhadapnya dibacakan di hadapan Hakim Azura Alwi.

KUALA LUMPUR, March 10 -- Former Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin (middle) was today charged in the Sessions Court here with four counts of corruption to solicit bribes amounting to RM232.5 million and two counts of money laundering involving RM195 million.

Muhyiddin, 75, who was in a dark blue suit, pleaded not guilty to all the charges after they were read out before Judge Azura Alwi.

Muhyiddin akan didakwa di mahkamah berhubung projek Program Jana Ekonomi Pemerkasaan Kontraktor Bumiputera Berwibawa (Jana Wibawa) dan isu berkaitan.
